Very strange looking trainer with their wiggly soles – husband said the Reebok ZigEnergyhttp://www.reebokzigtechclassic.com/?zenid=4ek4gc0iedgmm0v4s80hleis84 running shoes were like marmite, love them or hate them! Took time to grow on me but now I really like the look of them. Having said that, they look very different to your standard running shoe – more like a cross trainer. Colours are lovely – turquoise blue on bright white.
I have run a variety of distances, speeds and terrains in the Reebok ZigEnergy http://www.reebokzigtechclassic.com/?zenid=4lc22bjmo2diema9egcg2b0k05 and have been very pleased with their responsiveness. I over pronate but had no issues whatsoever (yet!).
The Reebok ZigEnergy are well cushioned without being too soft. The Reebok write up claims they give your legs ‘energy’ which I am a little doubtful about as I was still as tired in the legs as I always am. Seems this claim is disputed by lots of people, not just me though.
I am a bit fussy about the trainers I wear due to foot problems in the past but am finding the Reebok ZigEnergy http://www.reebokzigtechclassic.com/?zenid=5q1422ev1j2770fhmkc9jgk7g2 really good so far. They are very light yet sturdy. The top part of the trainer over the laces is a little tight and has given me some problems…unusual as I have a very narrow foot.
One other problem is the way that mud gets stuck in the groovesof the sole and the fact that the completely mesh upper gets very dirty very easily. The mesh upper also allows your feet to get very very wet as I found out last week – not great through puddles!
The Reebok ZigEnergy http://www.reebokzigtechclassic.com/?zenid=775ok6dr1pjkp3beacf59ce714 is an unusual shoe with some great features – I am just not convinced these are a ‘runners’ shoe, possibly more a gym/ cross training shoe? Hard to clean but definitely shoes that get people talking!!
